Last night I started a new game in Serbia with 3 of my mates, I took OFK Beograd side, smallest of the 4 teams we selected but a team with some very decent prospects.
Brightest of those prospects are Sasa Markovic DM (MC)

Aleksandar Ignjovski DM (MC)

and Nemanja Milic (ST)

. All of them came from OFK Beograd youth school and I am looking to build a team around them. I've put both Markovic and Ignjovski on Midfielders training, not DM training schedule cuz I see them as balanced midfielders, not excelling on defence or attacking.
For years now my favourite tactic has been classic 4-5-1 with a big strong Target Man, good wingers, an anchorman DM, one playmaker MC and one that was something like box to box on newer system. Both of these DMs fit the description of the one midfielder similar to "box to box mc". They both have natural position DM and are accomplished on MC. Since I want them playing together I won't be using this system anymore.
For the first season Ignjovski is on loan and Munchen 1860 and I decided to play a counter attacking 4-2-3-1 deep formation with one DM as anchorman ( I bought both Mark Sekyere and Mobi Okoli for this role) and Sasa Markovic on Defensive Midfielder- defend or sometimes support.
For the second season I want them playing together and since none of them can be an anchorman or a playmaker I would like to hear your suggestions for the formation, It will have to be a controlling formation cuz I don;t really like counter attacking teams.
I am mostly thinking in the direction of putting them both on MC with balanced mentalities, with hard tackling and tight marking on them both and putting 3 AMCs in front of them and narrowing the field.
Personally I always prefered playing with wingers but I saw many posts of people having success with this, also AI was sometimes difficult to beat when he was playing this tactic on FM 10.
My other thoughts were about sticking with the same formation from the 1st season but playing with control mentality instead of counter, althou I don't see the point of playing with 2 DMs of whom none is a classic "anchor man"
Also another option is getting this young striker:

and pair him with Milic playing him as a deep lying forward cuz of his dribling and tehnique.
In that case I would play my two youngsters in the MC postions hoping they can dominate the field.
I should also mention that my ambitions are, aside for battling with my mates for the league I strive to reach group stages of Euro Cup every year or group stages of ECC if and when I win the league
I am open to all suggestions and advices and will post results I get on my test soloplay with OFK.
I hope I was detailed enough and I apologize for my bad grammar.
Thanx in advance.
