HELP! My teams can't stop conceding goals!!

I'm in my second season, and currently managing my my 4th club, Leeds United.

(Previously at: Wigan, Blackpool and Bolton)

My teams have always conceded heaps of goals, regularly own-goals and late goals. In my 54 career games I've leaked 108 goals (scoring 89). Just now I'm winning 1-0 with Leeds, then in the 90th and 94th minute we concede 2 and lose 2-1 to Shrewsbury.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong. My back 4 is: Tyrone Mears (RB), Tom Lees (CB), Jason Pearce (CB), Jack Robinson (LB). A decent defence, with Paddy Kenny as the goalkeeper (3.5 stars).

4th club in your second season? wow, something going wrong there then

it depends whaat tactic you are using, what commands you use etc, but one of the things i always do is make one of the CD's a stopper and the other CD as "cover" this will cut down the mount of through balls from the opposing team.
