HELP! Nasri and Van Persie demanding transfers!!!!!

I'm using Arsenal. I've won the League title in my first season and am currently first in this season and on a 10 match winning streak. RvP has 9 goals in 8 matches.

But now both Nasri and van Persie have submitted transfer requests saying they are unhappy with my management of players making the club an unhappy place to be. This after my comments earlier had a positive effect on both of them.

How and why is this happening????

1) you have not disciplined your players for getting red cards etc
2) fine them for **** performances
3) not heavily involved in player management, praise the player after he played well
4) try offering them new contracts, if they dont want to, give them time, they will get over it and everything will go back to normal

I do discipline my players for getting sent off or suspended etc.

The "I'm offended. I'm your manager and what I say goes" option actually worked for both of them!!!

Praising the players (after resolving the transfer request problem) also worked! Thanks!!! To think I would have accepted Nasri's request if talking to him hadn't worked.
