Help needed about tactic

Hi everyone,

I hope I am not doing anything wrong by opening a thread like this but i really need help.

I am using this tactic for a while but the problem is that even though I have high number of shoots and on targets I can not score. If you need any screenshot I will be more than happy to provide them.
