help needed- cant unzip transfer files

hi, im trying to unzip a transfer update file

iv downloaded it and i have the evalauation winzip

but when i try and unzip it it comes up with cants unzip due to not having admin priv, but as i am the only user and owner of the laptop i do


anyone else had this problem?

im on windows7

Do you have a premium or free version.

Have you run it as administrator?
