help needed for chelsea tactics

does anyone have a tactic that is made for the Chelsea squad? i tried all possible tactics from here and none work.
i really would appreciate any help, i really want to succeed with Chelsea but i am a ****** manager so i need your help.

I play chelsea mostly due to being an supporter.

Chelseas squad in FM 2011, is made for 4-2-3-1 with 2 wide men. Currently 11 matches into the season and i'am number 2, only first team player signed is jack Rodwell.

My advice would be to get "4-2-3-1 The dreams come true" from the tactics download section on this site. The deep playmaker is a piece of true brilliance

i always play as Chelsea on FM because i'm a supporter, and i usually have success with them i play a 4-1-2-2-1 system which has been very successful for me i sometimes use a 4-2-2-2 system or a 4-2-3-1 depending on the game i play fluid and with a attacking mentality. I usually sign a cb for cover and a new right winger which is usually either Alexis Sanchez or Jesus Navas. I sometimes sign a new striker as well. Hope this helps.
