Help needed for Signing

hey everyone, just started on FM 09, im arsenal and im finding it hard to sign players i want, clubs arent accepting my bids for their players. any advice?

clubs are more likely to accept if...

You dont give them a time limit to accept the offer
clauses like 50% of next sale bla bla but be careful with that
make offers non negotionable
obviously dont just offer them the players value you have to make big bids for big players
download the player price tool from utilities on this website will tell you the exact price the club wants for the player.

no worries, its a good tool, i use it now, just saves haggling all the time
