My teams keep losing i'm not going to bore you with the details, i just want a few questions answered go into as much detail as possible please.

1. What changes should i be looking to make in games (examples if possible)?
2. The best way of going about finding players in the lower leagues as well as getting them to stay atty the club?
3. Tactics that would be suitable to play in the lower leagues (such as Long Ball. Short Ball, Rigid or Fluid)?
4. Should i do anything with the training or leave it to assistant?
5. If i should change the training how should i go about it and what training to implement?

We can't go into detail unless you go into detail mate.

All the little things like, who's your team, what league, what's your squad, formation, ect all matter.

Let up know what your team is, what kind of a game you're trying to plan and we'll try help you out.

I don't want help specific to my problem I want general help such as what changes should I make during a game?
And I would like answers to the questions I have provided based on personal experience /knowledge

1 - Use the guidance on right hand side of the pitch screen from your assistant as an in game guide, ensure you assistant has high tactics rating if possible. Also use what you see, if you keep getting caught in possession or they get player behind ball quick, use higher tempo, if they have lots of possession infront of your defence, push higher up, if they get behind them a lot, drop back. If its tight in middle, use flanks. Some examples of using what you see.
2- First part, use the forum and your scouts in the game, try Scottish/Czech leagues for example for cheaper players. Second part is hard to answer, get promotion, more wages I guess.
3 - Try to use tactics that suit the players you have, and way you wanna play rather than the league your in
4&5 - As a begging use let assistant do it, but if you have played before do your own training, keep your tactics practiced and match day tactics depending on opposition.

Some ideas, and if nothing else some discussion points

A good rule of thumb is the worse your players are (lower league),then less complicated your tactics should be.
Never overwhelm lesser players with loads of detailed instructions on how to act that they aren't capable of following.
Playing direct and counter attacking football has brought me lots of success as lesser teams, especially if you have a pacy strikers or wingers, since the physical aspect of the game is more important in the lower leagues.
