Help needed please - cant download tactics off here

Hello people. Ive had the game for a few months but i cant figure out how to download tactics off of here?? do i need to download the file tube software thing as well? when i download and try and open it there isnt anything there!! help appriciated

This is for FM09, but everything is the same for FM12 other than the look of the website and the look of the game.
