HELP! New Club, NO FA Cup

Can someone please help?
I Created a new club, chairman, stadium, etc...I put this new club into the Blue Square North.

Everything was working find until i found out i cant play in the FA cup! I thought this was maybe just the 1st season so finished that and started second season but same thing...No FA Cup!

I dont know if this is just a problem with the FA Cup or is it with the League Cup or even Europe but it'll take me a few seasons to find this out! Although i can play in the FA Trophy but thats not as appealing as the FA Cup!

Have i done something wrong or not done something i should have done?

Please help!

i think its because u have to register your team on 'teams for next season' part of the FA Cup on editor, you'll have to take some1 out though because otherwise there will be too many teams, if not mate i dont know, ive not created a team on here yet but might give it a go, private message one of the guys who mate the FM Base 50m challenge, they are in the Fa Cup on there!

your club has to have been in existance for over three years to compete in FA cup. when in the editor, just set the date your club came into existance as somthing like 2005 and you'll be fine
