Help! Non playable league

I'm new to this have Italy Spain and England as playable leagues, and im just wondering how to sign players from non playable leagues when i search there names nothing comes up? As well free agents i search some that you suggest and they dont turn up in my game ?

Mate you have to start a new game with the playable leagues you want and when you choose database,choose "custom database",then large and add: "Players from Top Division clubs"(or whatever you like) from whatever country you like.If you do that,you'll be able to search for the players you want.Don't forget to do that with Italy,Spain and England also.
