Help: Offers accepted without permission

This happened to me before and i thought i must have just pressed the wrong button but ive now lost 3 players but ive not accepted any offers for them, why?

Are you in administration? Or have you pressed "Accept All Offers" by mistake? If so, then one of them are the reasons for it.

did they have a release clause that was met by the other club?

Could be several reasons, Like the ones above could be 1. In Administration, 2. have a release clause, 3. have accept all offers & 4. your director of football (if you have one) could be dealing with transfers and accepting the bids on the clubs behalf.

Apart from the reasons above, if you are a smaller club the board will sometimes over rule the manager and sell a player if they feel the offer is good enough. It happens in real life as well.
