help on arsenal season

basically i have been doing an arsenal season just passed january and im lying in 8th in the league. need help :( my team lets goals in for fun can someone recommend me a tactic to use hopefully it can kick start my season please help ! would be very much appreciated thanks
 
Can you give us more information on your current squad of players? What type of play style are you going for?
An SS of your current tactic would be helpful.
 
my team is currently playing with a 4-2-3-1 formation i have been trying to make my team more attacking but they seem to make a lot of chances but do nothing with them. I have the mentality on attacking and fluidity is set on balance, i would like to play a system where ozil is the main player in the attacking midfield (playmaker role) but when i seem to play him in that sort of position he is always quiet. i have lewandowski up front with giroud on the bench as i can never seem to fit them in at the same time :( ideally if i could i would but at the moment he can be a bench warmer
 
szczesny,sagna,mertesacker,coentrao ramsey, wilshere, (sometimes herrera), ozil(AP) wingers are walcott chamberlain tello vela up front i have lewandowski
 
thanks Zpyro, i am going to try this hopefully it can revive my season aha :) have u been getting good results with it
 
Won the league with Arsenal and finished 2nd with Southampton. Would like to get feedback to see how it works for other though. Good luck
