Help on creating a player!

How do I create an ideal 17yr old striker(Complete Forward)? I know my PA should be 200 but what should my CA be and my stats ideally be like? So that in future, he can mature into an Ideal Complete Forward. Sorry if I'm asking a noob question.
 
CA wants to be between 100 and 120.

Key Stats should be between 12 and 15. The others don't put any and they will randomize at the start of a game.

Key Stats; Finishing, Composure, Off the Ball, Heading, Technique, Bravery, Determination, Pace, Agility, Acceleration, Strength, Jumping.
 
Isn't that abit too much for a 17year old? I want to develop him into a good striker. And which attribute is the one that affects how fast they improve?
 
Why start on 120? If you're cheating you might as well go full whack, start him at like 160 and pwn everyone.

I'm sure its fun for a little bit..
 
Cause I want to groom him! That's why I want the CA to be something like Messi's CA when he was 17.
 
There are four attributes that determine the progression rate of a player: Ambition and Professionalism from Person Stats and Determination and Work Rate from Player Stats. If these are high, the player is in ideal position to reach his potential.
 
Alright thanks alot! So for a 17 year old what would these stats be? Sorry if I'm being irritating and all.
 
It all depends on what current ability figure you choose to pick for your player.
 
I want it ranging from 100-110? Good Range for a 17yr old wonderkid? Or too much/little?
 
If you want to start as a good player and get a guarantee that you're going to become a good player, I would recommend 120-130 CA.

If you want him like Messi when he was 17 he should be 130+ CA.

Sorry the trouble but can someone give me the exact stats for my player? My player is born in 1993, CA is 130. Thanks! If you need more info on my player so that it can help you on calculating let me know!
