hi, im using man utd 1st season n im trying to make a fomation usin a 4-1-3-2
wich looks like this

formation.jpg

so, far im doin pretty well, but my winger are to high up the feel, and there's lots of space in the midfeild, my instructions for the fomation are as follows

a few of my idea's where to move my attacking midfeilder down one, or pushin my wingers arrows back so they dnt forwars run, leavin me with 3 in the midfeild still, as in attacking play we seem to end up playin 4-1-1-4, any help or idea's is much appreciated, thankyou very much <)

youre gonna get dominated in central midfield i would put anderson in a cm position going foward or maybe put anderson and hargreaves in the middle with anderson goin foward and hargreaves going back

that seems more a 4-1-5 than a 4-1-3-2

I recomend to put more people in the midfield, that tactic is so attacking

yea it does end up a bit hectic, thts why i moved andersons arrow back so he stayed as an ATT mid, but i still ended up with 4 upfront n barely 1 in midfeild, i realyl wanna keep the wingers tho in this tactic, so i duno what i shud do, move anderson n hargreaves both to CM with one arrow up n one down like ACF4life sed, or just simply move anderson to cm n leave hargreaves where he is n put down arrows on the wingers

well just play 442 with the same team instructions should work well, need to put more players in the middle of the park.. whewn you come across an opposition that plays 5 man across the midfield your team are going to crumbe and die.

yea, wich has bin proven already against a few lower down teams, few bad results n embarresing losses =/

i think having wingers at 'MR' and 'ML' with foward arrows are better than just playing them at 'AMR/AML'..because if you put your wingers at 'AMR' or 'AML' when you get possession of the ball your wingers are already up the field which isnt good..

your wingers should pick up the ball near the half-way line and should be able to dribble past players making the full-backs think on what to do.

so what i mean is if you have wingers with great ratings for 'flair' having them to high up the pitch when possible doesnt get the best out of them becuase they havent got any space to some dribbling. if you get me lol.

yea i get you on that, il sort it out give it a few games init see what happens, cheers man
