Hi guys i am new here but i use FM since 4 yrs ago ....i am kind of a noob here so i need ur help ....some tips , advices and so on .....for example i've bought wonder kids put them in first 11 and spent money on great players that were without contract like Kordrup , TEdesko , BAronio , Amoruso ( i mean imagine piace with that players) but i jsut can't move from 13th position 
??? i play 4-1-2-1-2 formation and have good finishers upfront but **** i can't move when i lose i sometimes change formation but only for few games ....can any1 hlp me tnx ....

I've made it ..i made y own training regime and the players really got better ......
and used the formation from West HAm united Scoring more goals
and i am 5th for now

same story after 5 games i started poor results now i am 15th(9 **** what to do any pls HELP!
