HELP! Please!!!

I am playing with torino, my seventh season... And every season i have same problem... In the start of season i am wining against any team(Inter 5-1, Genoa 5-2, Juventus 3-1,...) And then when the season goes on i am starting to have problems and lose games... I dont now what to do?! :'( I have a very good team, playing 4-2-3-1 formation... Is motivating your team a problem? 7th season fair play mate! Maybe interact more during match to get best out of them and change course of match?

if i lose 2 matches in a row after i was destroying every team i swap one or two players and slightly change how my team plays such as attacking over control etc and that usually works

Ive tried everything... It just wont work... They are all motivated, moral is superb... I will try changing my playing mentality... If that wont work i will change formation... oO) I cant play like this, in 7 seasons i only won Italian Cup once...

Mates i just wanna report that i finally won the Seria A competition... And the key(or the problem) was playing some youth, and changing my starting line up a little bit... Thanks for tips!
