Hey I have a burning question. Cristian Fabbiani is not settled in england. What can i do? I want to give him a leave of absence but i dont see the option. People have said it's in players-interaction but i dont see it. I only can give him a prolonged rest. BTW, im playing fm 2010 so could it be different? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
