Help Please!

Still using 11.2.1, and have done for a while with no problem, but now when i try to start a new game it crashes when it is "Setting up league and cup competitions", any ideas?

It is a sign from god that you need to update your game. I had that problem. Update it, Restart and it should work. If not then I don't know.
