when i click to load football manager 11 it says error football manager 2011 is already running!!! means i can't load the game really ******* me off!!! so can anyone help?!?!?!

Do you click it more than once? if so you will get that message. Happens to me sometimes and it takes ages to load.

Other than that I don't know

Make sure you just click it once. If it does happen again though, try opening Windows Task Manager (CTRL - ALT - DEL) and under the Processes tab, find FM.EXE - Right click it and End the Process.
