Help! (Real names, NT GER, and the english league system)

I would like to start a new game and I would like to have the rel names of competitions.
Also i would like to have the real German and Netherlands NT.

And also if you could direct me to the best custom database for the LLM?

Also, to add in real competition names for countries like Germany, you need to open the editor and change them manually.
