help regarding fitness

Some of my players are always getting too tired during the games. Their level of fitness is becoming between 65% and 75% in the 60th minute. I may understand this for players who are above 30, but for the ones who are below 30 (one of them Kevin de Bruyne is only 19) this is really intriguing. Can anyone tell me how can I fix this? I should modify my training right? but how? my training is still on default.

On another subject, I have downloaded someone's training but didn't figure how to upload them to the game.

If anyone can help i would be grateful.
 
If I am not mistaken Kevin does not have the greatest stamina stat which means he will tire quickly regardless of age! ask him not to close down to much or man mark tightly! this will allow him to last longer and be more effective!
 
thanks for the help Raikan, but for the rest of the players who aren't old, is there anything i could do regarding their strength training ? and btw i downloaded ur training program but couldn't figure how to use them... can you help me please ?
 
had the same problem for majority of season before last with Christian Eriksen, i give him a week rest & he come back absolutely on fire... so i everytime he has a run of games with low stamina after 50 - 60 minutes i just do the same thing
 
hire fitness coaches with 17+ fitness coaching.. have one for strength and one for aerobic. physical stats for youngsters will climb reasonably quickly and players over 30 will slow down the rate at which they decrease.. i have no specific training schedules and try to level out the technical training ratings for coaches at 3 star (apart from shooting which is no lower than 3 and a half ) and generally have fitness and aerobic at at least 4 stars. my players do fine
