Hey there I'm wondering when the regen date comes around for a particular country does the scouting knowledge need to be very good to get the good youngsters for that particular country.just started first season and it's brazils turn but looking on my player search nobody who I haven't yet discovered has come through based in Brazil only the ones I've scouted like gabigol doria etc any help lads thanks peeps
