Help Selling Players.

OK I am spurs and want to sell crouch cause im not a fan of his, but when i transfer list him or offer him to clubs it upsets the whole team and players dont wanna play for me anymore.. Is ther a way of getting rid of players like this without upsetting the team??

maybe crouch is influencial to ur team. it happen to me in fm09 when i want to get rid of (stupid) adebayor. when i sold him, toure was fcking angry at me, so i gave him away too.

dont transfer list just offer him out to clubs, that way the players wont know until its too late muhaha
