Help! Small Technical problem!

Hi, I downloaded a new skin(But didn't like it so I change back to the standar). Han then the skills menu on players profile had change to a bar instead of a number. How do I change back to numbers?? See picture!

display - there are boxes that can be ticked or unticked, make sure that the "show graphical bar or something" has been unticked...
