HELP! Someone who can give advice on System specifications to run FM 11!

hello, firstly sorry if this thread is repeated i just need some help and advice on the system specification to run FM 11 (POSSIBLY 12 IN THE NEW SEASON) ill appreciate it if someone who has a computer brain and knolwedge can help me out here...
Firstly

1. im thinking of purchasing this laptop (purely to just play FM, and surf the web), will it be suitable for me to run up to 5-6 playable top leagues (medium database)?

Processor: Intel CELERON (2.30GHz)
RAM: 2 GB DDR3
Hard Drive: 250GB SATA
Graphics: INTEL GMA 4500M
System: Windows 7
additional features: Multi card reader

2. im quite tight with the budget lately and was thinking of buying a netbook, but is a Acer netbook (Processor: INTEL ATOM DUAL CORE N550 (1.50 GHz)) with a RAM of 1GB and Hard drive 250GB SATA be effective in my game with the above leagues and database? or will the game run too slow? (bearing in mind its medium database and a few top leagues playable)

once again sorry but would really appreciate it if i could have advice on what to prefer, before i buy it and realise i cant run the game and its very very slow,
