Help!! Squad Discipline!

Hi guys,

seriously i had like 4 to 5 players being "worried by the lack of managerial discipline". How do i get rid of thier "worries"? and wad did i do wrong to make them worried abt the discipline?

Did one of your players get sent off in a match? and if so maybe you didn't give him a warning or fine him and that can cause some players to think you are being too soft.

everytime someone gets sent off warn him if he does it again fine him and if any of your players ratings after a match is 5.9 and under warn him for poor play

I had the same problem with fabregas in my first season. He also went on to request for a transfer but i had a private chat with him and told i am shocked about your unprofessional behavior and all that. He apologized to me and now he is at the top of the club's all time leading appearance list.
