Help - Tactics for weakest team in the league - Season 3 Northampton Town

In my 3rd season with Northampton Town, my first season in league 1 and I am rock bottom by the start of february.

I do have a pair of strikers who know where the back of the net is if they have the chances, a pair of pacey wingers and a pair of strong CBs who are good at attacking corners.

Can anybody give me a tactic to help me salvage something from my season as I have the weakest squad in the league and i'm running out of ideas.

I have made a counter tactic for Barcelona, and I have made a control tactic for Bayern. Counter is about countering, short passing, creative wingers that cut inside, basically a tactic for weaker teams that are tehnically decent. Control is for less technical players and relies on agression and pressing. Take your pick.
