help the game crash before the game star

this happend alot when the game came to start its crash anyone have a slove for the crash please helppp

What patch you using? Install 11.3 patch
Do you use facepacks or other graphics? Delete them all and try again

If this still doesnt work look at the crash dumps page on technical help on this website.
