Help to buy players!

Hi every1, im confused to buy some playmakers and i have remaining budget of 35-40M, now i was thinking to buy Xavi and Andrea Pirlo ( to Milan) for a low amount of money and keep them for some years till they retire but there's a problem they wont come..they're not interested to sign with my team , i won every thing this season, Uefa Supercup,Serie A,Coppa Italia,SuperCopa italia, and Uefa CHL , any idea how can i sign them ?

I wouldn't sign either of those players for two reasons, first they have played at their respective teams for a long time and such have built up a loyalty and affection to the club and fans. Therefore they will cost a lot of money to buy.
Secondly, they are both over 30, their physical stats will deplete from now on until they retire, soon they won't be able to keep up with the game etc

I'd buy a young playmaker, someone who can provide your strikers with chances for years to come, like Ganso or Thiago. Eriksen is another good choice. While Ramsey is potentially one of the best players in the game with a PA of -10

Thanks , but i dont know if my budget is enough to get any of these players... im trying to sell robinho and some other players then...i like eriksen and ganso but maybe ill get Ramsey
