help with 11.3 patch

i wanna update to 11.3 but what are step by step guide to doin this, eg were to save it, how to access it, im pretty clueless when doin this sorta stuff so all the help would be much appreciated. im running windows xp if that helps, cheers

Did u do it trough steam or CD ?

If u have the CD at startscreen of FM at the bottom it says update or w/e something like that ..

done it thro CD, tryed the update on the main menu but dnt seem to work

You can download the update and then just run the installer.
Make sure you pick the right one

You can save it anywhere, just use a download folders or to your desktop.
Once done just double click on it and it should run and update FM11 to the latest patch.
