Help with adding panels during matches

Trying out some of the awesome custom skins that people have been creating and im loving most of them but the one problem i have with them is that there isnt enough panels between the highlights on the match screen, except for

vexillum but that squashes info up, so how do i edit the skins to make more panels please? ​
