help with Arsenal - second season bad form

So first season with arsenal was a really good season premier league wise, won the title on the last day!
now second season i can't win a game to save my life, still using the same tactic as first season as you can see in the screenshot, just want some advice to what formation to play to get the best out of my players along with team instructions. Don't want to download a tactic because i feel like theres not much point in playing the game if im going to resort to that, thankyou in advance guys

I'm far from an expert in this game, so take the following with a pinch of salt:

Have you overhauled your squad somewhat over the summer? You may be suffering from a lack of team cohesion, so it might be worth focussing your training on that for a few weeks. (You can check this in your board confidence I think)

Have you lost or replaced a key player within your tactic? For instance, you are playing Fernando as a BWM(D) where you may have played with Flamini in the first season. Do these two players have different attributes?

It could just be that other teams have adapted to your playing style. Maybe play your second or third tactic to try and mix things up occasionally.

With regards to your tactic, it looks decent. However having a BBM and a BWM in midfield can leave you without cover directly in front of your defence, as both are prone to roaming around (even on defend). A DLP(D) may be more positionally restrained. Your front 4 players are all on attack also, with only one support from your midfield. You might find there is a lack of link-up play between the two phases, so try changing some of your attackers to support instead.

All the tactical advice is with a pinch of salt also, as evidently your tactic worked fine enough in the first season and it is only my opinion.

try tweaking your tactics around abit it could be that teams have got used to the way your team play and know how to stop your team
