Help with Aston Villa

Hi, guys, i start my career in aston villa and my team can't do something 2 seasons in row, in 2nd season i played 3 matches with City 0-2, Tottenham 3-6, Newcastle 0-3, so can u pls advice good tactic for team, which want to europe league, Sry for bad english

im aston villa in season 4, I used this from season 2 on, Sold benteke for big bucks, brought few youngsters in, works a Gem. Use Version 2 though. Works a treat.
