Help with columns

just started a new game and for some reason i have lost the REP column from the staff search area. i cannot find it in managed views or anything any ideas?

Do you mean repeat assignment ? If so then untick roaming and then you can choose repeat assignment.

No i mean when i search for staff in the search option usually it gave me a REP rating of continental/Worldwide ETC but that has vanished now

just above where the staff are listed in the middle of the screen there should be a thing u can press where you can select a custom view

custom > create custom view....then select everything you want to see, including rep
