Help with creating new league structure

So i wanted to scrap the MLS and create a new league structure for the USA, but everytime i test the new nation rules it says Error - MLS has a required 19 teams. Of course i moved the teams in MLS to my new created league. Ideas?


btw i made MLS extinct.

Did you create new rules for the USA? or add to the existing ones? For it to say that, the rules for MLS must still be the current ones.

If you can attach the file I'll have a look at it.
