I'm new to the whole idea of editing league systems and I would like your help if possible.
I want to create a european based structure where I take 8 leagues, say England, Spain etc etc, and make their top divisions have 8 teams in.
I then want to have it so the "season" for each national league ends in December and the European cup begins at the new year. The top 4 teams from each nation compete in the champions league and the bottom 4 in the Europa cup, with the Europa having an identical layout to the champions league.
Any step by step guide to do this would be great, but the part i'm most stuck on is finding out how to edit who qualifies for Europe.
Lastly is it possible to make each national league not have any relegation spots without deleting all lower leagues.
