Help with database 9.3

Hey I just finished downloading the 9.3 update and when I go to update FM09 it stops half way with a message saying
"A sharing violation occured when accessing C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\fm.exe."

Is there something wrong with my FM09 or should I just simply redownload the patch??

Close FM or any other application that may be using FM.
