Your wingers are both on attack. They will rarely be helping defend. Your fullbacks will get overloaded a lot. This will result in lots of crosses.
To compound this, you're playing narrower. This means your fullbacks will be closer to the middle of the pitch, creating more room outside on the wings. Put your wingers on support and widen the formation. Your fullbacks will then have defensive help from the wingers and will be wide enough to remove some space on the flanks.
Also, you have all four players up front in attacking roles. Do you understand what that means? These players will be aggressive. Making runs. Risky passes. More direct style. A possession tactic needs lots of support roles with fewer on attack.
My advice to you would be put everybody on support and start changing them to attack one at a time then test a lot to see what that does, before making another change. Another is, why are you running at the opponent with the ball? If you want possession, why are you running at them?
I also have to wonder if you need a tempo that high? Do you watch football on television? Are possession clubs moving the ball super fast? Or are they more methodic, slower tempo?
Hope that helps a bit.
