I have just started FM 2013 with Arsenal and have spent a long time sorting my backroom staff out. I sacked most of them, but i decided to give one of my scouts, Pat Rice, a new job as my director of Football. Can anyone tell me if he is suitable for the role or if he has been used before by anyone, and if so what is his success rate ? If you think he is not suitable for the job. Can you suggest anybody that would do the job for me ? Obviously i'm looking for the best available.
