help with downloads please

hi there i am new to to football manager and im enjoying it alot at the moment,so i noticed there are many shortlists and tactics from experienced managers on this site i was just wondering if anybody could help as i have downloaded some of them and i dont no how to get them in the game?? many thanks

What do you do if it says 'windows cannot download this file' and you have 2 options either choose a program to download it or use an online service to do it(have to pay) I chose internet explorer to download the tactic, I saved it in my documents but when i right clicked on it i couldnt extract it. How do I download it properly????
