I started off as myself as boss then got sacked in december. Added a new manager with Dion Dublin and took over as them

Have a look at my Underdog 442. It might be that it is a good way to grind out a few results and manage to stay up this season

Make sure you praise the players if they get decent performances and try raising morale. Its a brand new team ( soo, many new players) and morale has to be bad so if you stay up, its really something

Thanks. I will tell you my result against Swansea at home. I had to change something as I lost 6-0 to Liverpool and 7-0 to Sunderland.

Onuoha, Barton, Seol, Mackie and Zamora are all missing for that one. Any ideas on line up?

Try letting the assman pick the team for à couple of matches: he knows about roles etc.

QPR 0-1 Swansea

Last minute winner from Sigurdsson :( But we certainly created good chances and our defending seemed much more solid.

Is it just a matter of time until we get a win? Or will we just keep on losing

I've had two saves now for QPR and never ever struggled with them in the first season. Not done the update for them but word of advice: Taarabt is easily your best player. Retrain him as a forward and play him as a Trequartista, Messi-like.

Speed is your teams main advantage, so play a rapid, short passing game and start the likes of Taarabt, Cissé/DJ Campbell, Wright Philips and Traoré (on the wing)... If I'm not mistaken, Taiwo is no slouch in the speed department either so this should suit most of the new signings too. QPR sell Faurlin irl? Bummer if so, he would have been a great deep lying playmaker, but Barton does an adequate job there too.

Your team isn't good enough to control possession just yet, but a counter game with the above modified settings should work wonders, give that a go.

for info, finished 6th and 9th in the first seasons on my saves with them.

Norwich 3-3 QPR. Good performance to battle from 3-1 down. Lots of chances to perhaps ****** it at the end. But a draw will do. Defo imrpoving :)

Stoke 1-1 QPR

Really good performance baring in mind Stoke are now 9th

QPR 0-0 WBA

Really good performance again, even game, could've won it at the end.

NB: Looking much better defensively and going forward, great tactical help.

How is morale and confidence now, both prematch and ingame when you conceede a goal or fail to score ? Is it looking better then before ? If it is, then I think you have the opportunity to play more attacking. Use Counter and get ball forward some more ( in some matches/circumstances)

Also, how many games have you played and how does the table look ?.

Just lost 2-1 away to Chelsea, really unlucky tbh.

Just held a team meeting and Tommy Smith had a go at Joey Barton and now everyone's morale is abysmal, poor or very poor.

17) Bolton - played: 28 gd: -17 points: 24
18) Swansea - played: 29 gd: -37 points: 16
19) Norwich - played: 29 gd: -50 points: 13
20) QPR - played: 29 gd: -44 points: 10

QPR 0-2 Man Utd

Apart from the 2 goals we looked solid defensively, Cisse's finishing was poor, he had about 3 good chances to scored and put them all at the keeper. Onuoha missed a free header.

Bolton 2-0 QPR

Really shocking performance, didn't do anything going forward

Arrange some friendlies against lower league teams and try to beat them by an hige scoreline to get a moral boost
