HELP with Editor!!

Please help me with my editor problem, when I load it up and it opens, it merely comes up with a white screen and the words, "menu", "file" and "about", how can I sort this problem?

go into menu and click on load database then it should work

The words are all jumbled up and it's pretty much pure white screen :/

I've got the game installed via Steam. I have the 11.3 patch and I've just downloaded Wallys update but I have literally no idea how to apply it to the game. I tried moving the .dbc file to loads of different places but it still comes up empty when I start a new game and look for editor data.

Have you used winRAR on the file? then moved it into editordata folder (you may need to create one) go to preferences and go to display and sound and click on always reload skin... start a new game and the little tick box should say 1 click it and load it
