Help With Facepack PNG's

ive searched the forum head to toe and i cant find the solution

Here's the Problem i can change the pics that i want into PNGS i click on the dropdown menu and it justs gives me jpeg


when i name the file do i put i.e. Torres.png??

Are you using Photoshop? If so, which version?

no i using That Guru Thing to make facepacks. this is what i do

Find image of internet save it into config file but its still jpeg

i need it PNG
