hi all this is a bit long winded but here goes. right iam playing the game football manager 2012 and what id like to know is. when it comes to a match is there any way to skip it and just see the result and not go through the match i know i can speed up game play

You can go on holiday, but I don't know why you'd want to skip!

The only way is by going on holiday, the alternative is putting the match speed as high as possible.
