Help with International Management

I recently decided to take up the Czech Republic job while playing as Bolton in the 4th season. I have a stupid assistant manager who gives **** advise. And I am unable to get his player recommendations too...

Can I fire him and arrange for my Bolton assistant to take over the Czech assistant job too ?

And I found that they only have a GK coach and nothing else. And there is no training screen for Czech Republic. Do I have to hire coaches as well ?

Please help... I am a newbie to international management.

Yes you can fire him and hire whoever you like, as long as the accept
And yeah, you can get coaches and stuff but you dont need too
