No wonder. You're playing a BWM in a two man midfield. He runs around trying to get the ball leaving your DLP on his own to defend. Change him to a CM-D. He'll hold position adding stability.

Fluid is okay seen as you have two specialist roles. But if you insist on playing a BWM (which I'd strongly advise not to) then change it to balanced.

You are too narrow. You have two if-s with a DLF who will drop back regardless of if he is on attack or not and you have an AP. You are too congested meaning that you can easily defend then hit you on the break with your one midfielder trying to defend.

Why are you pushing up? You have an attacking strategy so no need for that shout. Plus are your CB's fast enough to play that high up and are they familiar enough to play an offside trap?

Also you are playing suicide football. Push high up, attacking, offside trap and hassle opponents? Your players are going to be knackered at around 60 minutes plus higher tempo? Did you just pick shouts for the run of it? No offence but it just seems illogical as to why you would do that.

So here is my advice. Make one of your full backs an attacking full back/winger (whatever he suits) and the winger ahead of him either an IF-S/W-S (whatever he suits) You will create movement which is vital for a successful tactic. Make your BWM a CM-D so you have a solid base in the middle. Change your strategy to control. Attacking can be defensively solid too but it is something I'd use if I need a goal (seen as overload is useless) not something I'd use as a standard mentality. Get rid of the shouts I mentioned earlier and work on something that isn't going to kill your players. I don't know your squad well enough to tell you which shouts to use. If you are still conceding goals do what managers IRL do and play with DM's instead of CM's. 4-2-3-1 works a lot better with the DM's.

I'm new to this game, but based on observation...I am worried about your CD coupling.
One on Stopper role while another on Defend. The one with stopper will move forward to challenge...but the one on Defend will not close in to assist/clean up the challenge. You just need two decent ST up front to break this coupling with an easy thru pass.

Also, what bluebird said, based on your instructions...except your back line are playing about your own third, the rest of your team is dancing around at the offensive half. This is effectively overloading, which can yield great goal count as you will capitalize any mistake...however, a simple bunker + quick counter will break your tactic. A quick thru pass from deep over the top, and all your players are chasing backwards...
