I have Vaclav Kadlec on my Tottenham save and i want to loan him out so he can get some experience and i have enough strikers in my squad. Now the problem is that he rejected a loan to my feeder club ( Reading ) and when i offer him out no one wants him although i ask for no fee and i will be the one paying his wages in full. Can anyone help me please?

If you have only just signed him I doubt he will want to go out on loan straight away, Ive found it usually depends on what squad status they are, (i.e hot prospect/youngster or even back up will be more prepared to go out on loan compared to someone set as key/first team/rotational)
I would place him in your reserves and wait a few months then try sending him out on loan again this usually works for me

If it doesnt work you may just have to wait a few months then trying sending him to reading mate, similar thing happened to zavon hines on my west ham save, he wouldnt leave because he was in first, put him in reserves and changed sqaud status (wasnt too happy and came for a private chat) reassured him and then sent him out on loan
I have trouble with this on my Liverpool game, and come up with a stupid conclusion...your player is too good. I have a bunch of youngsters I am trying to get out on loan (including some regens as I am in my 5th season now) and no one wants the good ones (talking about 18-20 years with a CA of probably around 120-130+) but clubs are fighting to take the average ones (guessing CA's of <100-120). My observation is that championship and league 1 clubs are quite happy to take the average players but not the better ones. Why, don't know, maybe they think the player wouldn't go to them? The good youngsters should be being loaned by low end Permier League clubs, but they are never interested in loaning only buying. I am finding it very annoying.
