Help with Man City away form.

I'm nearly finished my first season with MC. Home form is excellent, playing a 3412, quite attacking. Anyway.. My tactics are just refusing to work away from home, after about 8 games I switched to a 442 for away games, and still I'm getting beat. It's so frustrating. The majority of the goals I'm leaking are from crosses. There doesn't seem to be any common ground. It's either win at home or lose away. And it's not just 1,2 goals. Swansea put 6 past me.

Is anyone having the same problem or can anyone recommend a good away tactic for man city. I don't want to go 'defensive' against teams like Fulham, but looks like I'm gunna have to. That or either smash my laptop
