help with man city tactic/player roles

Hi im managing manchester city and need help on a tactic and player roles my current formation is
GK - Given
DR- Richards
DL - Bridge/Lescott not sure which is best
DC - Gallas/Theigo Silva not sure which is best
DC - Toure
MC - Barry
MC - Ireland
AMR - Arshavin
AML - Robinho
ST - Torres
ST - Adebayor​

some other players that may get in team is,
Wilshire
Rodwel
De Jong
Kompany
Tevez
Van Der Vaart​

Also not sure what player roles to use particuly for torres and adebayor as need to get the best out of them​

if anyone got any good ideas that would be great thanks ​
